Who is the team and do they have experience in vacation rentals?

We are partnering with a third-party company to manage the house, and our top candidate is Makigumi, Inc. They specialize in renovating vacant houses into shared accommodations and vacation rentals, currently operating 11 properties across Japan, including three in Hayama. Additionally, we have a local presence through Team Attaka, a subsidiary dedicated to enhancing the guest experience at our Hayama locations.
