Purpose of PlanetDAO002

PlanetDAO002 Inc. has been established to preserve and manage the “bamboo forest house” in Hayama, in collaboration with shareholders (co-owners, local residents, and other experts). The company aims to raise the necessary funds for renovations and operate the property as accommodations to ensure long-term sustainability and preservation.

Purpose of this Rulebook

This Rulebook is designed to define the decision-making processes, operational methods, and general information about the properties and shares related to the PlanetDAO002 project. Its purpose is to enhance the transparency and efficiency of the project.

Decision-Makers

Individuals holding shares of the PlanetDAO 002 specifically ordinary shares and Class A shares, possess the decision-making rights concerning this PlanetDAO002 project.

Method of Decision-Making

• Shareholders shall make decisions related to this Project through resolutions of the Shareholders' Meeting and the DAO.

• The conduct of the Shareholders' Meeting shall follow the procedures specified in Chapter 9 of these Rulebook.

• In these Rulebook, "DAO" refers to an organization, separate from the Shareholders' Meeting and composed of shareholders, that is formed to make decisions regarding this Project. The operation of the DAO shall be governed by the procedures specified in Chapter 10 of these Rulebook.
