# 9. The General Meeting of Shareholders

### Holding the General Meeting of Shareholders

1. As specified in the articles of incorporation, a general meeting of shareholders shall be held at least once a year. The meeting will be held both physically and online to allow attendance in either format.
2. The agenda for discussion at the general meeting of shareholders is as follows:
   1. Approval of financial statements
   2. Distribution of surplus funds
   3. Other resolution items as specified by laws or the articles of incorporation
