13. Usage of the Property for the Share Holders

Due to Japan's vacation rental laws, we cannot host guests for more than 180 days a year. Therefore, during the remaining 180 days when the property is not operating as a lodging business, all shareholders must conduct inspections of the property to propose improvements and engage in marketing activities.
