3. Target Properties

PlanetDAO002 Property

In this Rulebook, "PlanetDAO002 property" refers to the following listed land and buildings:

  • Main House: Single-story wooden structure with galvanized steel sheet roofing (118㎡)

  • Warehouse: Single-story wooden structure with galvanized steel sheet roofing (19㎡)

  • Land (6,978.57㎡)

Over 100 years old (According to the former owner, Ms. Nishimura)

Transfer of the ownership of PlanetDAO002 property

The purchase contract has been signed, and we are now working on converting the property’s designation from farmland to forest land. This conversion process will be completed by the end of 2025.

Sale of the Target Properties

The sale of the Target Properties must be resolved by the PlanetDAO002 members. The resolution regarding this content shall follow the method specified in Chapter 10 of these Rulebook.
