PlanetDAO002 Property

In this Rulebook, "PlanetDAO002 property" refers to the following listed land and buildings:

Land area and buildings	Main House: Single-story wooden structure with galvanized steel sheet roofing (118㎡) Warehouse: Single-story wooden structure with galvanized steel sheet roofing (19㎡) Forest Land(7,119㎡)
Established	Unknown *Given the presence of an air raid shelter, the structure must have been built before the end of World War II, which was over 80 years ago
Owner	Yumiko Nishimura

Transfer of the ownership of PlanetDAO002 property

We have already paid the deposit to Yumiko Nishimura and promised to pay the remaining amount and complete the acquisition of ownership by the end of October.

Sale of the Target Properties

The sale of the Target Properties must be resolved by the PlanetDAO002 members. The resolution regarding this content shall follow the method specified in Chapter 10 of these Rulebook.
