8. About Experts

Granting Shares to Experts

  1. Given that the Target Property is situated in a very local area of Hayama, and Hayama town itself has a strong sense of community within the region, this PlanetDAO002 requires a local presence of someone who knows the area and how to leverage the potential of both the area and the property. Additionally, the house has a vast land area, so it requires high expertise in the field for maintenance and operation.

  2. The selection of experts holding Class A shares will occur after the fundraising period. At the start of the PlanetDAO002 project, the listing of experts who will acquire new Class A shares will be handled by the Project Management Company.

  3. Shareholders may participate in the selection of experts. A resolution concerning the expert selection will be made and decided in accordance with the "Operation of the DAO" in Chapter 10.

  4. Planet Labs Inc. will transfer Class A shares to the experts selected based on the aforementioned provisions.
