8. About Experts
Granting Shares to Experts
Given that the Target Properties of this Project require high expertise for their renovation, maintenance, and operation, a number of experts will be granted voting shares (Class A shares) to participate in discussions and resolutions related to the Project.
The selection of experts holding Class A shares at the start of the Project and the listing of experts who will acquire new Class A shares after the start of the Project will be handled by the Project Management Company.
Shareholders may participate in the selection of experts after the start of the Project. A resolution concerning the selection of experts will be made and decided in accordance with the "Operation of the DAO" in Chapter 10.
Planet Labs Inc. will transfer Class A shares to the experts selected based on the foregoing provisions.
