Selection of Accommodation Management Company

1. In these regulations, the term "Accommodation Management Company" refers to a business operator commissioned by the Company to operate the Target Properties as accommodation facilities.

2. The Project Management Company will create a list of businesses specialized in managing accommodation facilities. Shareholders shall make and determine resolutions related to the selection of the accommodation management company in accordance with Chapter 10 “Operation of the DAO”.

Scope of Work of the Accommodation Management Company

The responsibilities of the Accommodation Management Company shall include:

1. Reservation management

2. Communication with guests

3. Assignment of local guides and cleaning staff

For these services, the Company will pay the Accommodation Management Company 20% of the revenue as service fees.

Change of the Accommodation Management Company

1. Shareholders may change the Accommodation Management Company through a resolution of the DAO.

2. Shareholders may propose the change of the Accommodation Management Company as an agenda item in the DAO and facilitate the proceedings.
