Purpose of PlanetDAO 001

PlanetDAO001 Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company '') has been established to preserve and manage registered tangible cultural properties, including the main hall of Ryogonji and other related properties. The Company aims to raise the necessary funds for renovations while operating these facilities as accommodations in a new manner (hereinafter referred to as "the Project'').

Purpose of these Regulations

These regulations are established to define the decision-making and operational methods related to this Project, as well as other matters related to the Project. The purpose is to enhance the transparency and efficiency of the Project.

Decision-Makers

Individuals holding shares of the Company (hereinafter referred to as 'Shareholders'), specifically ordinary shares and Class A shares (the same classification applies hereinafter), possess the decision-making rights concerning this Project.

Method of Decision-Making

• Shareholders shall make decisions related to this Project through resolutions of the Shareholders' Meeting and the DAO.

• The conduct of the Shareholders' Meeting shall follow the procedures specified in Chapter 9 of these regulations.

• In these regulations, "DAO" refers to an organization, separate from the Shareholders' Meeting and composed of shareholders, that is formed to make decisions regarding this Project. The operation of the DAO shall be governed by the procedures specified in Chapter 10 of these regulations.
