9. The General Meeting of Shareholders
Holding the General Meeting of Shareholders
As specified in the articles of incorporation, a general meeting of shareholders shall be held at least once a year. The meeting will be held both physically and online to allow attendance in either format.
The agenda for discussion at the general meeting of shareholders is as follows:
Approval of financial statements
Distribution of surplus funds
Other resolution items as specified by laws or the articles of incorporation
