5. Operation of Accommodation Facilities
Architects
The Project Management Company shall propose candidates create a list for qualified architects who possess not only expertise but also knowledge related to the Target Properties and the surrounding area for the renovation projects.
Shareholders may participate in the selection of architects. Shareholders shall make and determine resolutions related to the selection of architects in accordance with “Operation of the DAO”
Design
After selecting the architects, the Project Management Company shall propose multiple plans for the renovation design and cost estimation of the interior and exterior of the Target Properties
Shareholders may participate in the approval of the design and estimation of the exterior and interior renovation works of the target property. Shareholders shall make and determine resolutions related to such approvals in accordance with "Operation of the DAO".
Renovation Contractors
The Project Management Company shall propose potential contractors for the renovation work, selecting candidates from businesses in the area surrounding the Target Properties.
Shareholders may participate in the selection of the renovation contractor. Shareholders shall make and determine resolutions related to the selection of the renovation contractor in accordance with Chapter 10 "Operation of the DAO".
Acquisition of Licenses Under the Hotel Business Act
The Company shall obtain the necessary licenses under the Hotel Business Act for the operation of the accommodation facilities.
The Company will proceed with the application process for the licenses mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
Approval of Financial Statements
The Company's financial statements shall be submitted to the Shareholders' Meeting and must be approved by the shareholders.
Sale of the Accommodation Business
The sale of the accommodation business requires a resolution by the DAO. The resolution concerning this matter shall follow the method specified in Chapter 10 of these regulations.
