7. Commitment to the Community (Collective Purpose)

Collective Purpose

  1. The Ryogonji Temple main hall, part of the Target Properties, is a historic building registered as a tangible cultural property and also functions as a community asset. Therefore, several commitments to the community (hereafter referred to as "Collective Purpose") exist in relation to its transfer.

  2. The contents of the Collective Purpose are as follows:

    1. Continue to preserve the parts currently registered as cultural assets.

    2. Ensure that part of the Ryogonji area is accessible to local residents.

    3. Obtain the approval of local residents before selling or transferring the ownership of the Target Properties from the Company to a third party.

Changes to the Collective Purpose

  1. Shareholders may change the matters related to the Collective Purpose through a resolution of the DAO.

  2. Shareholders may propose changes to the matters related to the Collective Purpose as an agenda item in the DAO and conduct the proceedings.
