How do locals feels about people outside of the area coming in?

It really depends on the area. In the case of Irokawa, where 60% of the population consists of people who have relocated from cities, the original locals didn't really oppose our new initiatives.

Their main desire is for the temple to be preserved and passed on to the next generation. Additionally, they hope that a successful pilot in Irokawa can be extended to other locations, as this issue is prevalent throughout Japan.
